This handsome boy is in need of his forever home. Frost was surrendered to a kill shelter in Kentucky, missing fur, covered in fleas and starved. This beautiful boy was saved by Our Angels and brought to Canada where he has lived with his foster family for the last few months. This stunning boy has been given the endless love and attention that he desperately needed along with medication to heal his skin and given a good diet to put some weight on him.
Frost is a beautiful boxer, hound mix around 1 year old. He is a sweet, happy, energetic boy, that loves to be close to his people and he is the biggest snuggle bug that there is and sleeps snuggled up to his people.l This boy loves to play with any toy that he can find, even if itâs a dirty sock from the laundry hamper! This playful boy loves to play ball, he is working really hard at bringing the ball back to you. He knows sit, shake a paw, lay down and is crate trained.
This smart boy is trying very hard to learn his recall but needs more training with this. He only goes into his crate when his people are gone for a couple hours at a time. He walks well on a leash, gets along well with dogs and cats, he will chase them in play but knows when to leave them alone.
Frost has the funniest, sweetest hound bark when he is playing or trying to get one of the other dogs in his home to play. He loves to run and hops like a kangaroo when he is chasing and playing with his toys. Frost will bring so much fun, love and laughter to who ever is lucky enough to become his forever family.
He would be best suited as the only dog in the home and also must go to an experienced dog home with a large fully fenced yard. A home without young children is needed, no children under 12 as he is rambunctious and jumps. He would be best suited to an active family with structure who can spend a lot of time burning this boyâs energy.
***Please do not message us if you do not meet all of these requirements as we are receiving a very high volume of requests and will not be able to respond.
